We got approved in 2018 to buy a house, made an offer, went through everything until we got bad news from our mortgage lender and couldn’t come up with more money to meet the debt to income ratio. Barry has been showing us houses for five years. He has sent emails of houses available. When I inquired about a house he found out and texted me right back with an answer. He got to know my husband and children. The kids loved him. He was great to work with and I would recommend others to see him. He will look for something for you or show you a house or land or whatever your needs may be. I am very grateful Barry did not give up on us. Barry gave me hope when I was about to give up. He gave me Lance McKinney at Apex bank to help me when I didn’t think I could get a loan. This whole experience went smoothly and quickly. We got everything done in less than a month. It was awesome!”
